Home Health Aide Services

Home Health Aide assists with the patient’s personal care and light homemaking services.

Social Services

Medical Social workers assist with the personal and emotional impact of illness or disability. The social worker will also locate financial resources and assistance.

Registered Dietician

To assist home health personnel in determining effective ways of managing the nutritional needs of home health patients, a registered dietician will be available for consultations, in-service training, and/or patient/family care. Nutritional care and counseling will be provided in accordance with the plan of care established by the physician.

Therapy Services

Special therapy services are available for patients requiring rehabilitative care and include:

  • Physical Therapy - Provide treatment aimed at development and restoration of muscle and joint function.
  • Occupational Therapy - Help patients regain self-care and daily living skills.
  • Speech Pathologist - Assist patients with impaired communication skills.
